TWELVE INSTRUMENTS · ONE DURABLE COVENANT
The Constitutional Library
This Founder’s Final Edition contains BASILEIA’s completed constitutional principles and operative institutional clauses. It supersedes the earlier outline. It becomes legally operative only when adopted by duly appointed founding trustees and adapted by qualified counsel to the governing law of each legal entity.
No subsidiary, policy or officer may contradict the Charter.
Doctrine, charitable purpose and perpetual assets are entrenched.
Decisions belong at the lowest competent, accountable level.
Authority is documented, reviewable and independently assured.
